Mirium was a very beautiful girl with the kind of looks that any man would crave for in a woman. But just like everyone else, she had her own imperfection. Despite the fact that she had a peacock beauty in her sways when she walked and dimples when she smiled, she was blind.... her blindness was a stumbling block to the joy of her heart. She had no peace in her soul since she could not see the beautiful sorrounding around her. She couldn't even see the portrait of the man she fell in love with..... One day Mirium was taken on a date by Frank. The kind of love Frank had for Mirium was unconditional. He had even been sidelined by some of his close friends and family just because he was in love with a blind girl. While on the date, Frank proposed to Mirium. He really wanted to marry her. But Mirium was hesitant to reply... she cried and said she would be at ease and in a good position to reply to the proposal if only she had eyes to see the love of her life. Her words broke Franks heart but did not deter him from his craving to marry Mirium. Frank took Mirium to the hospital and told her that a donor had volunteered to donate his two eyes to her.... this was good news to Mirium!!! In a twinkle of an eye, she was able to see again. Her face was sparkling with smiles. Frank then entered the hospital to propose to her. Mirium was astonished to see that Frank was blind. She sent him away and rejected his proposal. Frank went home in distress. He locked himself in his room, cried in pangs of pains, and before committing suicide, he wrote this short note."Mirium, I loved you so much.
